The Structure of September

Today in my afternoon class we were talking about buildings, structures, and functions. As part of the lesson, students were asked to draw a picture of a building. The instructions say to draw something “in your neighborhood” but one of my special little angels asked me, very politely, if she could draw a famous structure instead.

“Why yes,” I beamed, happy to see her putting her own creative spin on things. “Yes you can.”

A few minutes later she handed it back to me.

Teacher’s Comments:
It’s September, and J. Teacher is the only American teacher on this floor. From now on, FOLLOW THE DAMN INSTRUCTIONS! :b
